At McCanse Chiropractic Clinic, our story is rooted in a legacy of care, commitment, and community. Founded in 1977 by Dr. J.R. McCanse, the clinic has proudly served Decatur, MI and the surrounding Berrien, Van Buren, and Cass County communities for over four decades. What began as a passion for helping people live healthier, more comfortable lives has grown into a trusted chiropractic center known for its experience, integrity, and personalized approach to care.
